In all of his coaching endeavours, he sees to it that he provides positive reinforcement advise and suggestions on how to improve players’ effectivity in the sport. During the course of the representative season, Paul see to it that he forward resources such as videos and web links to the team to motivate players to work on their games outside of weekly training sessions.
Paul encourages a collaborative and a supportive culture within the team, constantly giving feedback as well as occasionally asking for suggestions from players on how we can improve as a unit.
Paul has two kids playing at the Bulls, Josh and Noah.
From Paul . . . I am a big believer in the phrase “practice what you preach”. Hence, if I expect excellence from my players, I see to it that I improve as a coach (and as a baller) as well. I do this by constantly learning about applicable drills, new methods in fitness training and regularly trying out the skills prior to a training session.
I am extremely excited to coach Bulls representative basketball again!
