Kerry has been highly successful in her role as assistant coach for the past 3 years to a group of boys who last year played under 18 Division 2, and will now graduate to senior league. During this time, she achieved the “triple crown” of championships, winning an MJL Championship, a Nunawading Queens Birthday Championship and a Coastal Classic Championship . . . the first time this has been achieved by any Bulls team!!
Kerry started playing basketball in high school at 13, and quickly went on to being selected in the NSW Country team, and then the NSW State team. Kerry played with the Sydney Flames for 4 years, and played CBA/SEABL for both the Sydney Comets and the West Sydney Diamonds. Kerry’s Basketball accolades include being selected in the Sydney Conference Allstar Five two years running, and being named as MVP for the West Sydney Diamonds.
Kez has two kids, Jackson and Skye, playing with the Bulls.
From Kez . . . I love helping the kids achieve their personal goals and seeing them discover how much they can actually do! Most importantly, I love helping to create a team concept, where the kids feel part of a tight unit that helps empower and support them, forming a bond of mateship that lasts beyond the basketball court. This is what I love about Basketball the most!
